Casa Annalisa is a charming holiday house located in Pontone, picturesque village of Scala, just 5Km from Amalfi. It consists in three beautiful and comfortable apartments: La Cantinola, La Flesia and La Rosa. The owners, Maria and Mimmo, run the property with love and enthusiasm.
The short distance from the Ancient maritime Republic can be reduced by following the path of steps that linked the two towns for centuries. Trekking lovers will enjoy an unforgettable experience, in strict contact with nature, through the mountain paths branching out the Lattari Mounts.
Peace and tranquility characterize daily life in Pontone since ancient times: history can be breathed in the air, reflected by the majestic monuments such as the Ziro Tower, Sant’Eustachio Church, San Giovanni Battista Church (XII century) and San Filippo Neri Church (X century).

The Ziro Tower
Historical bastion, dating back to the end of the 1400s, known throughout the world, the Torre dello Ziro dominates majestically over the entire city of Amalfi.
The Tower narrates its history of affairs and human events lived in ancient times, place of segregation of Joan of Aragon along with her sons. After a visit you will certainly want to learn more about the history of the site mixed with legend.
The Ferriere Valley
Set among the mountains of Scala, the Ferriere Valley has kept intact its warm-humid microclimate, encouraging the conservation of botanical species belonging to very distant times (such as the Woodwardia radicans fern dating back to the tertiary and the Pinguicola hirtiflora, a carnivorous plant).
It is an easily passable trekking path, full of charm, among unspoiled nature, the remains of ancient paper mills and ironworks, woods and waterfalls of the Rio Canneto.
Sant'Eustachio
The ancient remains of the church of Sant’Eustachio, dating back to the 1100s (XII century), witness of the historical importance of these places.
